In the most recent — Summer/Fall 2011 — issue of Real Weddings Magazine, we teamed with pros Katie Edwards of Ambience Floral Design and Lora Ward of A Day to Remember Wedding & Event Planners to create four tabletop designs on four totally different budgets to give you an idea of what things cost. The results were nothing short of spectacular!

Last week, we featured more pictures and detailed the cost of Table #2, our Simply Stylish tablescape. This week, we feature Table #3, our Delish Details tablescape.

With Table #3, our Delish Details tablescape, the design gets even more involved. “This table is quite beautiful, but the elements are simple,” says Ward of the design which costs about $225 to $245 per table. The upgrades to this table are the eggplant-colored sashes on the white chair covers used in table number two; gray swirled-patterned overlay to top each table; upgraded clear charger plates with silver edges; eggplant-colored Champagne glasses; and rented salad plates rimmed in silver to accent the house china.

Custom-designed menu cards are in silver frames, and the hurricane centerpiece is now in a stand with the floral arrangement of orchids, tulips and hydrangeas on the surface of the table.

“It’s a very lush piece at the base and the elevated hurricane on the top of the stand has a spray of cymbidium orchids submerged under water,’ says Edwards.

Here are the detailed costs for this table’s upgrades:

White chair cover with eggplant sash rentals: $3 each, eight chairs totalling: $24

Gray swirled-patterned overlay rentals: $18 each 

Eggplant-colored napkin rentals: $1.50 each, eight place settings totalling: $12

Silver-rimmed salad plate rentals: $.92 each, eight place settings totalling: $7.36

Clear charger plates with silver edges rentals: $4 each, eight place settings totalling: $32

Eggplant-colored Champagne glass rentals: $1.50 each, eight place settings totalling: $12

Menu card – displayed in silver frame: $13.50

Raised metal stand, with hurricane with floating candle and flowers in low lush arrangement at base including orchids, roses, tulips and hydrangeas: ranging from $105-125 each

Per Table Total: $225 – 245
