Real Weddings Dazzling Dresses: Miranda Lambert on TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress
Miranda Lambert, country singer and mate to fellow crooner Blake Shelton, visited another bridal shop recently, but not for the reason you may think. Turns out that this former bride was there to lend a helping hand to bandmate Angaleena Presley as she hunted down the perfect wedding dress.
The longtime friends took the task to camera as part of TLC’s successful reality program Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta.
“There is no way I would want to do this without them,” Angaleena says in the episode referring to Lambert and Ashley Monroe, the third member of Pistol Annies. “I’m eloping, so this is the way to feel like a bride and do bride stuff.”
Though the episode won’t air until August 24th, you can check out a sneak peek here.

Real Weddings Dazzling Dresses: Best Celebrity Wedding Gowns of 2010
Hello my darling Real Weddings Brides! Let’s finish off the year with a little celebrity eye candy.
2010 was jam-packed with celebrity weddings and, of course, plenty of speculation surrounding what famous frock each blushing bride would ultimately wear.
While it was a stellar year for bridal gown picks all around, let’s take a look at four standouts that we think really tore up the aisle.
Princess Victoria of Sweden and Daniel Westling
The Crown Princess’s gown, designed especially for her by Par Engsheden, featured cream duchess satin with a v-shaped back and a round neck.
The five-meter train attached to her waist matched the veil held in place by her tiara, the same worn by her mother, Queen Silvia, at her wedding in 1976.
Alicia Keys and Kaseem Dean
The stunning songstress wore a Grecian style dress by Vera Wang and her husband looked sharp in a Tom Ford tuxedo when they exchanged vows in a private ceremony in Corsica.

Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher
The country singer looked divine next to her new hockey player husband wearing a Chantilly lace and silk organza gown by Monique Lhuillier.

Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky
One of the biggest, and most hush hush weddings of the year, saw the former first daughter Chelsea Clinton exchange vows in strapless silk organza beauty with embellished belt by Vera Wang.

No doubt 2011 will feature many celeb weddings (can you say Royal Wedding, anyone?!) with even more gorgeous gowns to go gaga over. May 2011 bring you joy!
